Return Period

You can return any unused item within 30 days of your original purchase date for an exchange or refund, so long as it is unopened, unused, in a saleable condition and the seals remain intact.  You must have the original receipt or an alternative proof of purchase.  Exclusions:  unless faulty, medicines, food and cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • If you wish to return your item(s) at one of our stores, please ensure you bring your receipt or an alternative proof of purchase.  For web orders, please bring along your order dispatch email, either on your device or printed out.  Our team members will assist you in processing a refund or exchange.
  • All refunds must be processed using the same payment method you used for your initial purchase.  If, for any reason, you no longer have access to the original payment method, we will be pleased to provide you with an exchange or issue a credit note. 
 

Return via post

Follow the simple steps below to return your items.
 

Free Drop Off (no printer required)

Choose from Evri, InPost Lockers and Royal Mail to return your order to us.

To set up a return and chose your preferred drop of location visit start by setting up your return here.

If you don't have a printer, you can easily print this for free at most locations when you drop your parcel off*.

When you drop off your parcel to either an Evri Parcel Shop or Royal Mail Post Office, you will be given a receipt with a tracking code.

When you drop off your parcel to an InPost Locker, you will receive an email confirming your tracking information.

After handing your return to the delivery courier, please allow up to 14 days for it to reach us and be processed.  Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued, which may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account. *Please note: When returning more than one parcel, separate labels are required with individual tracking.

Returning supplements and food items

Returning Supplements:

  • We are proud of the quality of our products and as such, if you find that your products arrive with you in an unsatisfactory condition, please return via one of our verified methods above.
  • Returning Food Products (confectionery, fruit, nuts and seeds):
  • If you find any of our food products in a state not for human consumption, please get in touch through our contact form.
 

Lost or damaged parcels

  • If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact our Customer Care team via our contact form Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date.
  • We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
  • We take great care to ensure your items reach you in good condition. However, if you are unfortunate to receive a damaged item, you can contact our Customer Care team with details of the damage via our contact form and we will happily refund or replace it once the fault or damage is agreed.
 

How long will my refund take?

Click & Collect:

  • Your order will be automatically cancelled if it has not been collected within 14 days. Please allow 5 working days for your refund.
    We will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order.

Via post:

  • Your refund will be processed once we have received your returned item(s). Please allow 5 working days for your refund.
    We will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order.
 

Multi-Buy or Buy One Get One Free Offers

If you are returning an item that was part of a multi-buy or buy one get one free offer, your refund will be calculated proportionately based on the product's price in relation to the total offer.  This policy does not affect your right to return faulty items, as long as you can provide proof of purchase.  Please make sure that you return all component parts and any promotional items or free gifts.
