WHO CAN JOIN THE PROGRAMME?
- You must be 16 years or older and live in the UK.
- You must register for an account – either in-store, online, or via the H&B app.
ACCOUNT RULES
- Your account is personal and not transferable.
- Only one account per person is allowed. We may refuse, merge or close duplicate or additional accounts at any time.
- Family and friends must register for their own accounts, even if living with you.
- Accounts are for personal use only, not for businesses or commercial use.
USING YOUR ACCOUNT
- Use your Rewards For Life account in UK stores, www.hollandandbarrett.com, the H&B app, or by phone with our customer service team.
- You cannot trade or sell points, cards, or vouchers.
- You must activate your account to get full benefits.
- You must keep your personal details and account secure.
MEMBER PRICING
- As a Rewards for Life member, you will receive extra member discounts on selected products. We refer to these prices as “Member Prices”.
- These Member Prices are clearly displayed in store, online or on our App next to the relevant product.
- Member Prices are applicable to a varied selection of our products. This selection of products will change from time to time.
- In order to receive any Member Prices, you must be registered for Rewards for Life and you must provide your account registration details at the time of purchase. We are unable to offer you the Member Prices at a later date – you must confirm your registration details at purchase.
- A purchase is required to get the Member Price discount.
- Member Prices cannot be combined with other promotions or vouchers
- If you return a discounted item, you will only be refunded the price you actually paid for the product (after the discount).
ACCOUNT ISSUES & TERMINATION
- Your account may be cancelled if you abuse the Programme, or you break any rules, or you provide false information or act inappropriately.
- You are welcome to close your account at any time, but by leaving the Programme members forfeit the right to any unused points or money off vouchers already accrued or issued, and you will also lose all other benefits of the Programme.
- If no points are earned for 12 months, your account may be removed or closed at our sole discretion. If we do this, you will need to apply for new membership should you wish to re-join the Programme.
- Family members may inherit points from deceased relatives – please contact our Customer Services team who will be able to assist.
PRIVACY NOTICE
- Your data is safe and not shared with outside marketers.
- H&B may contact you with offers, updates, or surveys - you control your preferences.

EARNING POINTS
- 1 point = 1 penny
- Earn 4 points for every £1 spent after discounts.
- Points are only awarded on purchases £1 and over.
- Promotions may offer different point rates.
- There is a maximum of 30,000 points per collection period.
- Points awarded when you purchase a product may be removed if the item is returned.
- Missed points can be added if you present a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase.
- Certain products may be excluded from the Programme at the discretion of Holland & Barrett, particularly those which are the subject of other promotional activity.
USING POINTS & VOUCHERS
- Points have no value until they are converted to money off vouchers at the end of a collection period.
- We will convert your points into money-off vouchers at the end of the relevant collection periods.
- A minimum of 50 points are needed in order for you to receive a voucher.
- Vouchers will be sent by email (or if we do not have your email address, by post)
- Holland & Barrett may restrict the use of the money off voucher to selected products and exclude products which may be included in other promotional activity.
- Vouchers must be redeemed in one transaction
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed for credit or to purchase gift cards.
- Vouchers can be used towards purchasing higher-priced items (and you will need to pay the difference)
- Expired or lost vouchers will not be replaced.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO
- Points/vouchers may be removed or cancelled if we determine (in our sole discretion) that the points were given in error or in breach of the Programme rules
