Just one Berocca tablet is packed full of 11 vitamins and minerals. Berocca contains all 8 B vitamins – B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12, vitamin C, magnesium & zinc. Helping you stay on top form. Helps you feel energised: Vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B7 work with your body to naturally generate energy from your food. Supports immunity: Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Reduces tiredness and fatigue: Vitamin B6, B9, B12 and magnesium help to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Supports mental performance: Vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental performance. Berocca Immuno contains vitamins D, C, A, B6, B9 & B12 as well as zinc, copper, iron & selenium. All support your immune system. Vitamins B6 & B12 also support energy release and help reduce tiredness & fatigue. It also contains vitamin E, an antioxidant which helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.

Berocca is suitable for daily use throughout the year. We suggest you enjoy one tablet per day. It is important that you do not use Berocca to replace a healthy, balanced diet.

The suggested daily intake for Berocca products is one tablet per day and it is recommended not to exceed this.​ Berocca Effervescent, Berocca Immuno and Film Coated Tablets are not suitable for people with iron absorption or kidney problems or for children under the age of 12 years old. Berocca Boost should not be taken in combination with ephedrine or other stimulants. Berocca Boost is not suitable for children under the age of 18 years old. None of the Berocca products are suitable for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
