HOW TO USE
Once daily, mix 1 heaped tablespoon (20 g) of powder into 200 ml of your preferred beverage and enjoy.

This product tastes good, and I feel that it has helped with hair loss, but I should have been using it when I was a lot younger to help with my wrinkles but hopefully it will keep more wrinkles developing who knows fingers crossed 🤞

I like that it is dairy free. The caramel is a little too sweet for me so I use less in drinks but overall it is really nice and gives my smoothies a nice creamer taste.
