Almond Flour, Sweetener: Erythritol, Raw Cacao Powder (16%), Raising Agents: Cream of Tartar, Bicarbonate of Soda, Sea Salt.

Directions:

Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Freezes well for up to 3 months.

• Fire oven up to 180°C and line a 6x6” (or similar) tin.

• Blend all the ingredients in a bowl.

• Pour into the tin and spread out the mixture.

• Bake for 10-12 minutes (or until the top is set but still has a slight wobble, it will set fully once cooled). Allow to cool fully and cut into 8 (for std size) or half each row/column again to make 32 bites.
