The test I’m sure is fine but it requires me to register it with the H&B app. This, despite correspondence with their customer services, I have been so far unable to do. Thus I have been unable to take the test.

You have to fill a tube from a small pin prick,how your supposed to fill it to the top is ridiculous, I've pricked each finger and got one drop of blood from each finger its a rip off £40?

Misleading description.

The description says finger prick test but it requires the whole tube filled to the top with blood which I could not do, this should be made clearer on the H&B website
