Also called rose haw or rose hip, these crisp red hip berries are formed after successful pollination of rose flowers, ripening in late summer. The dried fruit has been used for centuries.

Directions:
Add a teabag to 200ml of freshly boiled water. Infuse for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
