Holland & Barrett Vitamin D3 tablets offer the superior form of vitamin D to support your bones, muscles and immunity.

Vitamin D3 also supports the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.

When exposed to sunlight, our bodies will naturally make vitamin D3. This process happens when ultraviolet B (UVB) radiation from the sun triggers the 7-dehydrocholesteol to produce D3.

• The NHS suggests adults supplement with 10µg (400IU) a day during autumn and winter, when sunlight is scarce, as it's tough to get enough from diet alone.
