Directions:

Shake well before use. Drop 0.5ml (1/2 pipette) directly into the mouth and swallow or add to water or your favorite smoothie. Using the dropper consume 0.5ml daily. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 4 months. Keep out of reach of children.
