Actually pretty good! I’ve got a son with allergies and this has opened up a world of cake and pancakes!! The pancakes are pretty good.. it’s obviously not egg, but has a chewy/squishy/risen texture that holds well. It’s different, but good. Pleasantly surprised by it.
