Directions:

For foot bath: Add 150-200g (a cup) flakes in warm (not hot!) water and enjoy it for minimum 20 minutes or longer if desired. For a bath soak: Add 25-300g (two cups) flakes in a warm bath and relax for min. 20 minutes or longer to obtain full body rejuvenation. It is recommended to take 2-3 magnesium baths per week.
