Seven Seas Breastfeeding is a postnatal pregnancy supplement that supports the healthy development of your baby's brain and vision with Omega-3 DHA¹. It is formulated with an advanced* form of Folic Acid, Iron, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Zinc, Vitamin D, Calcium, and further expertly selected nutrients to support you during breastfeeding. Vitamin B6 and Iron support your energy², while Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid help reduce tiredness and fatigue5, and Calcium contributes to the formation of normal bones.³ Duo pack containing 28 capsules and 28 tablets (4 weeks' supply). Take 1 capsule and 1 tablet daily with water during a meal. Gluten-free, lactose-free, no GMOs.
