Protein-packed and loaded with 26 vitamins and minerals, this fruity smoothie is bursting with 3g of creatine per serving, haskap berries and mango leaf extra (ZynamiteTM), offering a wholesome, delicious and nutritious start to your active day.
This body, mind and muscle supporting smoothie contains pantothenic acid which contributes to normal mental performance, while zinc, iron and iodine contribute to normal cognitive function.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and supports normal muscle function. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.
