Bee calm supplement includes lemon balm which contributes to optimal relaxation and wellbeing, and is used to decrease tenseness, and pantothenic acid which contributes to normal mental performance. Along with royal jelly, passion flower extract, rhodiola, magnesium, lion’s mane mushroom and l-theanine.
