Amy started her content career writing health articles for Vitality, Lloyds Pharmacy and Gymshark and has since led medical content for health-tech brands like Livi and Peppy.
Through interviewing doctors and health specialists regularly, she’s learned more about the gender health gap. This revealed a passion for all things related to women’s health and loves unpacking the latest research and trying out the best cycle-tracking tools and fitness trends.
