About Dr Liz
Dr White is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and has over 20 years of experience in mental health. She is the founder and Director of Harley Clinical Psychology, a private clinical psychology practice serving clients in London and Hertfordshire.
Dr White also hosts the Hello Therapy podcast and creates YouTube content focused on supporting individuals with OCD and anxiety. During her NHS career, she held a leadership role overseeing a team of psychologists, trainees, and assistants. She brings extensive expertise in treating a wide range of psychological issues, with a particular passion for helping clients manage anxiety and OCD.
