About Martin
After 20+ years as a super-successful business consultant, Martin Sharp changed his life overnight – and Sharp Fit for Life was born.
The long hours, high pressure and travel meant he had little time for his health. And, after years trying to lose weight, nothing had worked.
That is until he spoke to a leading lifestyle consultant who championed the importance of intrinsic motivation. In Martin’s words: “be selfish to be selfless!”
40kg down, he credits his mental strength and adaptability. His transformation continued, no matter where in the world he was. Martin regained his love of sport and the confidence that he’d be his healthiest self for his family.
Today he works with busy entrepreneurs all over the world helping them make the same changes: to work on themselves for everything else and to create fitness plans that fit around busy lives. Sharp Fit for Life creates video classes, live events and personal coaching sessions designed to bring energy and prosperity back into people’s lives.
Martin’s goal is to help his clients feel just as reinvigorated and in control as him. “Now I’m living my life for myself. Capable of cycling for miles if I choose. I can perform handstands again when I want. Not sure when that will come in handy for meetings.”
