Molly completed her undergraduate degree in Bath before moving to London to pursue a master’s in nutrition, after which she became a Registered Associate Nutritionist. She began her career in clinical nutrition as a dietetic assistant in Jersey and later transitioned into 1-on-1 coaching to support individuals with their health goals. In January, she joined Holland & Barrett as a Science Specialist, where she explores the science behind health products and emerging nutrition trends.
Molly is passionate about translating the latest nutrition science into practical, actionable health advice. She’s especially interested in making evidence-based guidance accessible and relevant to everyday wellness.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, discovering new coffee shops and walking her French bulldog.
