About Rebecca
Rebecca (Bex) is a freelance editor, writer and consultant who has worked in content for 20 years, both here in the UK and in Sydney.
Bex has written for Boots, Stylist, Women's Health, Vitality and many more brands and has a keen interest in women's health, fitness, food and wellbeing.
She has recently got her level three diploma in personal training and enjoys a mix of strength training, circuits, spin and yoga, with her favourite exercise being deadlifts (and favourite supplement being creatine!).
Bex makes wellness a way of life by… doing things she loves, such as baking, rummaging around vintage fairs and spending time with her cat, with her cat Lady Diana.
