Add the yoghurt, peanut butter, cinnamon and honey into a large mixing bowl. Mix to combine.
Fold in the frozen berries, pistachios and dark chocolate.
Line a rectangular baking tray with baking parchment and spoon the mixture onto the tray.
Smooth and flatten with the back of a spoon, then place in the freezer.
Allow two hours to harden. Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving, then simply scoop, sprinkle with extra chopped pistachios and chocolate and enjoy!
