We're using kombucha to replicate the classic taste of a gin and tonic
Ingredients
- 50ml alcohol free gin
- 400ml glow kombucha
- Handful of ice
For decoration
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
- Sprig of mint
Method
Step 1
Take two tall glasses and fill with three ice cubes each (or however many you want)
Step 2
Pour in 25ml of alcohol free gin and half the kombucha to each glass
