If you're in need of a dark chocolate fix with a citrus twist, look no further

Step 1

Melt the dark chocolate and the honey in a bowl suspended over a saucepan of water, making sure that the bowl doesn't touch the water. Keep the heat low so that the chocolate melts slowly to avoid it burning

Step 2

Put the Brazil nuts and the orange zest into a bowl, pour over the chocolate and mix well to combine

Step 3

Spoon teaspoons of this mixture onto baking paper, then scatter over the finely sliced brazil nuts

Step 4

Continue until the mixture is all used up

Step 5

Let set, then store in an airtight container to enjoy
