A delicious twist on a skin-loving smoothie. Level up your drink game with this spooky smoothie, complete with a coconut ghost
Ingredients
- 15g Bioglan Collagen Boosting Beauty Protein
- 15g agave nectar
- 15g Pumpkin Seed Butter (you can make your own, or use any nut butter of your choice)
- 1 pitted medjool date
- 20g dried blueberries
- 200ml milk of your choice
- 150ml water
- 1tsp Naturya maca powder
Step 1
Simply add all the ingredients into a blender, blend until very smooth and feel free to add more coconut milk to taste
Step 2
For the spooky look, create the ghost by using a spoon to smear coconut milk or cream around the inside of the glass before pouring in your smoothie
