Method

Step 1

Pour the milk in a pan placed over a medium heat until just below simmer point.

Step 2

Reduce the heat to medium-low heat and stir in the oats, ground flaxseed and coconut sugar.

Step 3

Cook for 5-8 minutes, uncovered, or until the oats are tender and almost all of the liquid has been absorbed.
