- 100ml coconut water
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 lemons, peeled
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1 thumb sized piece of ginger, peeled
- 1 tsp black pepper

Method
Step 1
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until completely smooth.
