Suitable for men, women and children over 12, the Probio 7 ingredients list includes eight specially selected bacteria strains along with two types of natural fibre – soy and chicory inulin – to nourish them.

Why do we need so many different bacteria?

Each bacterial strain in Probio 7 vegan capsules is selected to provide the best available support, effectively rebalancing our microflora.

Each strain is acid-resistant, meaning the live friendly bacteria pass unhindered through the stomach to the small intestine, where we often need it most.

L. rhamnosus: the survivor:

Adapted to stand up to both acid and base conditions, L. rhamnosus is uniquely long lived, adhering to the walls of your stomach and intestines.

L. acidophilus and streptococcus thermophilus : the helpers

acidophilus has a simple but important role in your gut. Producing an enzyme known as lactase, this vital strain breaks down lactose into lactic acid.

B. bifidum

Bifidobacterium make up the majority of the good bacteria in our gut.

Directions:

HOW TO USE: Suitable for 12 years+. Take 1 capsule daily with breakfast. Capsules can either be swallowed whole or pulled apart and mixed with cold food or drink. Suitable for long term use.
