True Gum is a plastic free, vegan and sugar free chewing gum made on a chicle tree sap gum base. Sweetened with plant-based sweeteners xylitol and steviolglycosides and with all natural flavours.

Honestly this is something simple, its gum. The way the flavour bursts at first is very nice then soon after it goes and the chewing gum kinda shrinks. However the way these make you feel on your teeth is amazing is smooth no sugar.
