Applied Nutrition's 100% MCT Oil Premium Coconut Oil is rapidly digested by the body providing a useful energy source. The MCTs are metabolised in the liver to produce ketones, helping your body to achieve ketosis – the process which utilises fat for energy. Applied Nutrition MCT Oil is a single source MCT that is high in C8 and C10 – these are gentle on the stomach and easy to absorb.
This MCT Oil is very versatile as it is odourless and unflavoured; It can be easily blended into shakes, smoothies, or into coffee to create bulletproof coffees as well as drizzled on salad or added into meals.
