Its always a bit tricky with vitamins as you need to take them consistently for a period of time and there other factors to consider. I can see a positive effect of taking Omega 3,6,9. My mood and concentration have improved, I generally feel better so I keep taking them.

It’s rare to find Omega 3,6,9 as a vegan product; so this item is ideal. It’s been a big boon to my health. My only wish is that, in stores, there could be bottles containing 90 or 120+ capsules - not just 30 capsules.

We took ages trying to find the right supplement for vegan’s that had all the right omegas and it was actually pretty taxing. Some had some of the right bits and others had others but none had it all apart from this one. Very well priced too
