An interesting use for sesame seeds

These sesame seeds were bought for popping. In a dry pan gently heat the seeds with a lid on until they have popped and then grind them in a small blender. Keep this savoury powder in a small airtight jar and sprinkle on healthy meals. Adds a good flavour.
