I needed a topic gel due to IBS, the gel is cold so warm it first on the hand, as it was a surprise but combined with other pain relief it is effective as it is the stronger type, just wished there were more as it is pricey and not on offer when I needed it

I didn't find this any help whatsoever, in fact not even sure it was genuine. Very runny & did absolutely nothing for pain. In fact a tube of unnamed cream I got from a value store for a fifth of the price is much better. Also not good service in store. They couldn't fin…
