NKD Living's psyllium husk powder, also known as Ispaghula or Isabgol, is a form of natural fibre (78%) made from the Plantago ovata plant, a native of India and Pakistan. It has been finely ground into a powder so can be conveniently added to drinks and easily mixes with food.
