Patille is a U.S and U.K Registered Clinical Dietitian with a passion for advancing nutritional science and effectively communicating it with different audiences. After completing her master's degree in clinical and public health nutrition from University College London (UCL), she built a career as a clinical dietitian in Lebanon and Dubai, UAE. She later returned to London and transitioned into the food industry with Holland & Barrett, where she supports science-led initiatives that place nutrition at the heart of what we do.
