Directions:

STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. Best before end: see base. DIRECTIONS: Adults dilute 5–10 drops in 100 ml of water or juice, stir thoroughly. Consume at least 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals, 1–3 times a day (children over 8 years, half dose) or as your healthcare professional advises. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
