What is it?
Holland & Barrett Evening Primrose Oil provides the fatty acids Linoleic Acid (LA) and Gamma Linoleic Acid (GLA). With added Vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. These capsules help to support women’s health. Within the body Linoleic Acid is metabolised to GLA, which is essential for the production of certain hormone-like substances called prostaglandins. Not all fatty acids can be made in the body and therefore must be supplied through diet or supplementation.

I've been taking these for years and definitive if I take a break. I feel much more balanced and better for taking them. Although they are quite large capsules they are easy to swallow.
