A high strength formula with each capsule providing 100 billion friendly bacteria from 9 strains including S. boulardii, a strain of friendly yeast. It also contains an added bioflavonoid, a phytonutrient found in citrus fruits.

HOW TO USE: Suitable for daily use for adults and children over 12 years. Take 1 capsule daily, ideally with food. Capsules can be swallowed whole or pulled apart and contents sprinkled on cold food or mixed with a cold drink. If you are taking antibiotics: Take 1 capsule daily, ideally with a meal. Continue for 2 weeks after you have finished your antibiotics.
