Steenbergs Arrowroot is a pure, natural starch from ground cassava, sourced from Brazil. Arrowroot is a general thickener that can be used to thicken any savoury sauce, giving a clear colour rather than adding cloudiness which a flour or cornflour will do.

• To make a glaze: mix 1 tbsp with 2 tbsp cold water to dissolve then add approximately 250 ml water or liquid and heat to boiling point and remove from heat.
