I've been taking Nordic collagen for over a year now! My face appears much brighter, much prefer liquid collagen to pills or powders. Powerful collagen. Will always keep taking.
I sleep much better longer and more soundly, it does not interact with my medications but always check with pharmacist. I no longer need to take my separate vitamin D as it's included in the supplement
