The Beurer Digital TENS and EMS machine delivers natural pain-killing transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, muscle-building electrical stimulation and relaxing impulse massage to targeted areas of the body. With the help of the on-screen electrode positioning guide, place the 4 electrodes appropriately for treatment and let the machine work its magic.
The digital TENS and EMS unit operates with 2 individually adjustable channels to deliver 64 pre-set programs designed to target a wide range of concerns. The doctor's function gives you a further 6 programs available for programming by a physiotherapist or other health professional.

I bought this as I had strained my back. I found it very helpful on the massage setting and I believe it helped me to recover more quickly. It would have been nice to have included a spare pair of pads though.
