Fish oil concentrate (57%), gelatin (bovine), evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis L.) (14%), humectant: glycerol; d-alpha-tocopherol (Vitamin E), antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract.

Directions:

Starting intake: For the first 3 months the recommended intake is 6 capsules daily. Maintenance intake: The recommended intake is 2 capsules daily. Store below 25°C in a dry place. Store out of children's reach.
