Directions:

1. Clean the skin of the hand and dry the water stains on the hand with a soft towel.

2. Turn on the product and connect the use line with the controller.

3. Take out the Power Button.

4. Press Color Button choose the mode, then press the Time Button to adjust the working time as you want. 15–30 min is the best time recommend.

5. Short press the Power Button can adjust the strength of the light.

6. It is recommended to use this product while lying on the bed or sofa to relax the whole body.
