Directions:

Cleanse skin and apply a few drops of facial or body oil for glide. Choose the appropriate cup size for the area, using the smallest cup for delicate areas, the medium cup for the face, and the largest cup for the body. Gently squeeze the cup, place onto the skin, then release to create light suction.

Start gently and keep the cup moving at all times, using slow, controlled strokes. Reapply oil as needed.

Suggested use, adjust to comfort, 2 to 3 times per week or as desired, Eye area 1 to 3 minutes per side, Face 3 to 5 minutes, Body 5 to 10 minutes per area. Increase gradually over time.
