What Is It:

An iron and vitamin tablet that helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, featuring organic iron (ferrous gluconate) alongside vitamins B2, B6, B12, C and niacin. Also contains folic acid and selected herbal extracts to support iron balance and energy‑yielding metabolism.

How To Use:

To maximise iron absorption, take on an empty stomach approximately 30 minutes before a meal with liquid. Adults and children from 12 years: take 1 tablet twice daily; children 3–11 years: take 1 tablet daily.
