Directions:

Apply a small amount of body oil to clean, dry skin for glide. Roll over the body using steady, even strokes, working from ankles towards thighs, and from wrists towards shoulders. Use light to medium pressure and adjust to comfort, avoiding bony areas. For the abdomen, roll in gentle clockwise strokes. Use for 3 to 5 minutes per area, daily or as desired.

If using with body cupping, roll first to warm the skin and apply oil, then use the cup as directed, finishing with a few final rolling strokes. Clean after use with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly before storing. Do not soak. Avoid use on broken or irritated
