Holland & Barrett Breastfeeding Support has been specially formulated with nutrients to provide expert support postpartum with your breastfeeding.

Riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamins B6 and B12 all support a normal energy-yielding metabolism and reduced feelings of tiredness and fatigue.

Iron supports the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, and iron and vitamin D contribute to the normal function of the immune system. While calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones.

• 10µg vitamin D per serving, to support the normal function of the immune system
• Riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamins B6 & B12 to support a normal energy-yielding metabolism & reduce feelings of tiredness & fatigue
• 600mg of calcium per serving, for the maintenance of normal bones

How to use?
