What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

• Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemose) is a herb from the buttercup family, also known as Black Snakeroot, Rattleweed and Bugbane. It originated in North America and was used by the native people there for centuries to help relieve the symptoms of menopause and menstrual irregularities, including hot flushes, night sweats and temporary changes in mood - like nervous irritability and restlessness. Black Cohosh Root can help to relieve these uncomfortable symptoms.
• Traditionally, St. John’s Wort was a popular remedy for sleep disorders, depression, and wound healing. Nowadays, St John’s wort is used to relieve symptoms of slightly low mood and mild anxiety.

Full ingredients

Each coated tablet contains 300mg of extract (as dry extract) from St John’s Wort aerial parts (Hypericum perforatum L.) (3.5-6:1) (equivalent to 1050-1800mg of St John’s Wort), extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% m/m and 6.4mg of extract (as dry extract) from Black Cohosh rhizome and root (Cimicifuga racemosa (L.) Nutt.) (4.5-8.5:1) (equivalent to 28.80-54.40mg of Black Cohosh), extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% v/v. This product contains lactose monohydrate, glucose and sucrose.

Directions:
