This Inositol Powder Complex has been specially formulated for women’s health, with vitamin B6 to contribute to the regulation of hormonal activity.

As well as vitamin B6, this powder complex also contains folic acid, inositol and 40µg of chromium per serving.

This powder is unflavoured, meaning you can mix it in with your favourite shakes and smoothies, or simply just with water.
