Raspberry leaf is traditionally drunk at the end of pregnancy. Do not drink before 32 weeks at the earliest if you're pregnant. This blend of raspberry leaf and peppermint is blended to be deliciously fresh and uplifting. 100% natural, the whole leaf ingredients have a lot to give and each bag can be brewed twice. Each pack contains 14 whole leaf tea bags, 28 cups of tea.
All HotTea Mama's packaging is plant-based and plastic free and can be composted. Blended and packed in the UK, with a team of tea loving mamas running the business.

Directions:
Brew one whole leaf tea bag for 2-3 minutes. Use freshly boiled water and re-brew each tea bag twice, according to taste.
