Directions:

Apply a small amount of Green Tea Body Oil to clean, dry skin for glide. Use the jade roller with steady, even strokes over the body. Use the cups with light suction, keeping them moving at all times and reapplying oil as needed.

Start gently and increase gradually as comfort allows. Use for 5 to 10 minutes per area, 2 to 3 times per week, or as desired. Store items in the silk lined box when not in use.
