Our Organic Blackstrap Molasses is produced in South America and is a by-product of traditional sugar cane refining. We only use the ""third extraction” and has a high concentration of minerals (high in Iron, Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium). Organically grown and certified. Suitable for vegans. This is a unsulphered molasses and consistency may vary. Not suitable for peanut, nut or sesame allergy sufferers.
